Bruce Nemovitz

Bruce Nemovitz has been a Realtor in the Milwaukee area for more than thirty-five years. When he started in the residential real estate business, there was no acknowledgement of the special needs of older adults who have lived in their homes for many years. Bruce decided to focus his business on the needs of seniors and their family when moving from their long-time home. He started a group for Realtors from all companies to discuss current topics and issues of the day and to exchange ideas and solutions to better serve the public. Since then, education has caught up with senior’s special needs, and Bruce has taken advantage of the specialized certification. With training as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), he has focused on seniors and their families for the past twenty years.

Bruce’s first book, Moving in the Right Direction: A Senior’s Guide to Moving and Downsizing, is in its second printing. It makes a handy reference for seniors while their children read Bruce’s Guiding Our Parents in the Right Direction: Practical Advice about Seniors Moving from the Home They Love. As a contributor to 50 Plus magazine for over ten years, Bruce has also written over 120 articles covering just about every aspect of the moving process for seniors. Bruce is a featured speaker throughout the Milwaukee-Metro area with his talks focusing on issues facing seniors and their children.

Bruce’s wife of forty years, Jeanne, joins him in their senior real estate business. They have two daughters, five grandchildren, and incredible long-time loving friends.

Outside interests include playing the guitar and entertaining others through his music.
Passion permeates everything Bruce does, and he especially pours his heart into helping and guiding youth as a longtime member of the Optimist Club and as a Big Brother.
